I need bananas!!!

I read somewhere in the internet (umm… i hope the site is reliable): According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain trypotophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier. And that the vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect affect our mood. So it helps a girl like me suffering from PMS!

I am so irritable today that I think I can pick a fight with whoever gets in my way. I really hate this feeling because I feel like everything’s going wrong, and little things really get into my nerves…

Oh… and I spilt strawberry yogurt milk on my pants. Two of my students couldn’t follow instructions. and the office is moving to tektite. Haaay… Sir John offered me a part time job here which gave me some 30 minutes to travel from our office here in kamias to diliman via EDSA. I accepted the offer though I’m really not sure if 30 minutes is enough for the bus to crawl along EDSA. Then yesterday sir John broke the news to me and andrea that we’re moving to ortigas. Then I told him that I can’t have the part time job anymore. But he asked me to think about it first before making a final decision. He gave me a day to think about it.

Sad to say… I think it will be my last week at work next week. It’s really sad. I can’t express my sadness here. Actually Andrea and I are trying not to think about it.

I met someone from a mission group yesterday. She presented to me her ministry and invited me to be part of her support team. I was tempeted to ask something about a person we both know… but I zipped up my mouth. Banned.

It’s hot here in the office. We have an aircon and I’m wearing a sleeveless blouse.
